Terms of service

Last updated October 1, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of Leadnote. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to open an account on behalf of a business.

2. Acceptable use

Use Leadnote only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages or messages that break anti-spam or messaging laws
  • Upload data you do not have the right to process
  • Probe, scan or disrupt the service, or try to access another customer's data
  • Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent

3. Your data

You own the leads, customer details and files you put into Leadnote. You give us a limited licence to host and process them only to run the service for you. You can export your data at any time, and we delete it after account closure as described in the Privacy policy.

4. Plans, billing and renewals

Paid plans are billed per user in advance, monthly or yearly. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel a plan from your billing page, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Refunds are handled under our Refund policy.

5. Third-party services

Some features connect to third-party services such as email, messaging and telephony providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for the consent and compliance obligations of messages you send through them.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Leadnote available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update features and these terms; for material changes we will give notice in the product or by email.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Leadnote is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
