We want you to be happy with Leadnote. Here is when and how refunds work.
1. Free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 14 day free trial that needs no card. You are not charged unless you choose to continue after the trial.
2. First 30 days of a paid plan
If Leadnote is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first paid charge and we will return the full amount for that charge.
3. After 30 days
- Monthly plans: no refunds for periods already started, but you can cancel to stop the next renewal
- Yearly plans: we refund the unused full months if you cancel within 90 days of renewal, less any discount applied
- Add-ons such as message credits: refundable only if unused
4. Not eligible
- Accounts closed for breaking the Terms of service
- Charges from a third-party provider, such as messaging or telephony carriers
5. How to ask
Send a request from the contact page with the topic set to support, and include your account email. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days.
